Our team of workers

Viena's human resources policy is based on a quite simple principle: to give our customers good service, our staff must like working at Viena.

We have developed deeply enrooted policies from that principle. They include: internal promotion, periodic meetings between staff and management, the company's collective agreement and open-ended employment contracts.

Viena has also made a commitment, in the last few years, to hiring both full-time and part-time workers. The majority of the latter are students who combine working with studying.

Several years ago, Viena established the, “Viena Scholarship“, which is granted to all Viena workers who pass their studies.

The main characteristic of the entire Viena workforce is their seriousness and rigour in doing a good job, as well as their commitment to the company and its values. In this regard, our main concerns are training and teaching; initiatives such as the University of Viena make that possible.
