

Viena's main premise, since its founding in 1969, has been its commitment to quality when preparing its products, giving good service and dealing with customers. That is how Viena has come to be considered a synonym for quality.
Quality is the basis of our company's philosophy. Ever since the beginning, Viena has produced its own meat and sandwich meats.
Viena inaugurated its new 4,000 m² headquarters in Can Roqueta (Sabadell) in 2002. It houses the production and preparation facilities for our meat and sandwich meat products, our logistics centre and the central offices.
Our objective in producing our own meat products is to guarantee, at all times, that the products we serve in our establishments are of the highest quality.
We carry out the entire production process for meat and sandwich meats, from purchasing the carcasses to the final production.
Our butchers personally select the carcasses; only those that comply with our standards are chosen. Afterwards, the meat is cut up and classified according to what it will be used for.
The majority of the meat products are prepared in the production room: hamburgers, local-type sausages, frankfurts and bratwurst; as well as our specialities such as cevapcice and joff. Those products that need to be cooked are sent to the cooking room.
As a last step, the products are packaged and sent to the storage centre from where they are distributed to our establishments.
